Rodrigo Gonzalez Castellanos

Originally from Tepatitlán, Jalisco, he was born on May 8, 1987, he grew up in the agricultural and rural environment. In 2005 he moved to the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco to study architecture, later he became interested in art making pieces that show the physical work and wear experienced in the field and construction. He is currently working and researching on rural and constructive materials, following the same line of wear and tear and the work of the field and the workers.

He has exhibited in museums such as the Museo de Arte Raúl Anguiano, Instituto Cultural Cabañas, Museo de Arte de Zapopan, Museo de la Ciudad de Guadalajara, Casa de la Cultura de Tepatitlán Jalisco; has participated in art auctions such as Arte Vivo held at the Museum of Modern Art, as well as its participation in art fairs such as JustMad in Madrid, ACME Salon in Mexico City, Accessible Mexican Art Fair in Monterrey, such participation has been under the representation of Galeria Chica, gallery of Guadalajara, Jalisco.
